On 19th August 2019 our FTP services will be offline for 1 hour.
This maintenance window will be used to upgrade out FTP software, which in turn will disabled FTP (active mode) permanently.
FTP (active mode) is a much older connection method than FTP (Passive mode) and by default all clients should be set to use passive mode, as such we do not anticipate anybody to have connection issues.
We continue to offer connections to our FTP site using SFTP,HTTPS,HTTP & FTP (Passive Mode)
