Planned power outage

The planned outage at our data center has been completed. Our core network upgrade and the work carried out by National Grid UK have both been successful.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Reminder….

Our data center will be offline this coming Sunday as previously advertised. We will be using this downtime to upgrade our core switching environment. In addition, National Grid UK will be carrying out a routine 10 year inspection on the condition of our buildings incoming electrical lines. We will post again when the outage starts and a follow up message when everything is fully operational again.

Between the hours of 09:15- 13:15 UTC our main data center will be undergoing maintenance. It is anticipated all services will be degraded and sporadically offline during this outage. Normal service will resume at 13:15 UTC.
